Scholarship & Fee Information
The Melbourne Scholarships Program aims to reward and provide access to a world class university for the best Australian and international students. The scholarships provide benefits such as a living allowance (ie stipend), fee remissions for international students, and support for research and studies undertaken overseas. Fees
Course fees at the University of Melbourne are determined by your status as an International or Local applicant:

*NB: The Research Training Scheme (RTS) provides Commonwealth-funded places to Australian residents and New Zealand citizens in a Higher Degree Research (HDR) with an 'entitlement' to a HECS exemption for the duration of an accredited HDR course. For PhD and MSc students, this up to a maximum period of four years' full-time equivalent study for a Doctorate by research and two years' full-time equivalent study for a Masters by research.
